Are there additional fees beyond the listed price?
Our quoted prices cover the standard service described in each package. Additional fees may apply for multiple pets, extended walk times, or same-day booking requests, and these are always confirmed with you before the service begins.
Do you require a deposit or advance payment?
For overnight sitting and multi-day bookings, we request a partial payment in advance to confirm the schedule. Single walks and one-off visits can typically be paid after the service is completed.
Can I adjust my plan if my pet's needs change?
Yes, you can switch between plans or add extra visits as your schedule changes. Just let us know a day in advance so we can adjust our availability and confirm the updated rate with you.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations on regular walks, and 48 hours for overnight stays, so we can release the time slot. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial charge.
Is a meet-and-greet included in the price?
Yes, we offer a short introductory visit before your first booking at no extra charge. This lets your pet get comfortable with the sitter and allows us to note feeding routines, habits, and any special instructions.
Do prices differ for cats versus dogs?
Our walking packages are designed for dogs, while cat sitting and check-in visits are priced separately since they typically involve feeding and litter care rather than walks. Contact us for a rate specific to your pet.
