Geotechnical Engineering Services. All analyses, classifications, and recommendations provided by Yidneyrocks are based on site-specific data collected during the agreed scope of investigation. No extrapolation to adjacent properties or different geological conditions is implied unless explicitly stated in the final report.
Soil Stability Testing. Results from in-situ and laboratory shear strength tests (including SPT, CPT, triaxial, and direct shear) represent conditions at the time of sampling. Variations due to seasonal moisture changes, seismic events, or future construction activities are not covered unless a monitoring program is separately contracted.
Retaining Wall Safety Audits. Audits assess visible structural condition, material integrity, and immediate stability risks. They do not constitute a warranty against future failure, nor do they include hidden defects not accessible during non-destructive testing. Recommendations for repair or reinforcement are advisory and must be implemented by a licensed contractor.
Rock Mass Classification. RMR and Q-system ratings are interpretive tools based on field observations and borehole data. Actual ground behavior during excavation may differ; Yidneyrocks is not liable for unforeseen geological conditions or changes in rock quality between investigation points.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Yidneyrocks be held liable for consequential damages arising from the use of our reports, including but not limited to construction delays, redesign costs, or third-party claims. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific project.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
