Yidneyrocks provides geotechnical engineering services including rock mass classification, soil shear strength testing, and structural integrity assessments for coastal concrete foundations and heavy stone retaining walls. All reports and recommendations are based on site-specific data and accepted civil engineering standards. No part of this platform constitutes a travel guide, tourism booking engine, or residential real estate sales service.
You agree to provide accurate project information and site access for testing. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and permissions before any fieldwork begins. Misrepresentation of site conditions or intended use of our reports may void any liability coverage.
Our assessments reflect conditions observed at the time of testing. Subsurface conditions may change due to weather, construction activity, or natural events. Yidneyrocks is not liable for damages arising from reliance on reports after 12 months from the date of issue, or for decisions made without incorporating our recommendations into a full structural design by a licensed professional engineer.
All reports, drawings, data sets, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Yidneyrocks unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the specific project described in the work order. Redistribution or reuse for other projects is prohibited without explicit consent.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, Yidneyrocks will deliver all completed work and charge for services rendered up to the termination date. No refunds are provided for partial work unless the termination results from Yidneyrocks’ failure to perform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
